In 2006 I weighed 380 pounds. Over the next 6 years I lost just over 200 pounds thru good eating (from all food groups) and exercising (RPM, body pump, body balance, boxing, running, stair climbing and strength training)
In late 2012/2013 life happened - I went thru the death of a parent, I broke my wrist and my house was broken into - and with all of that I fell off track and gained approx 60 pounds.
January 1 this year I got back on track and have since lost 9.9 pounds.
I hope my story shows how it doesn’t matter how long it takes, or if you stumble as long as we get back up and continue on. Don’t expect perfection because no one is perfect but instead expect progress by simply focusing on being the best you that you can be.

PS: I don’t know how or why she’s lighter. It’s the same person. Everybody doesn’t bleach. Lighting can change a pic. Eating clean CAN change your complexion. I juiced for over 40 days and I def had a change in complexion. Either or, that’s not the focus. Just pointing it out before one of you do. Congrats to you, Chloe. You look great!
