I love seeing before and after photos and reading stories. One thing that has always been important to for me to remember on this road to health and fitness, and in anything really, is that it is journey. Looking at pictures of fit men and women is great inspiration but it is even greater inspiration to see the transformation. I know that every gain in muscle, every pound loss, every curve gained, every curve minimized is a daily commitment. Commit to getting up, one more time. Commit to working out, one more time. Commit to putting one foot in front of the other, one more time. Anything is possible. In my own life I have to remind myself to trust the process and that every decision towards the positive is bringing me to my greater goal. To all my followers… STAY ENCOURAGED!
